I am having trouble with my us cutter compam Cp-2500 I am trying to cut out some letters and the outline is working but the problem I am having is that there are lines also being cut through my letters. please help

Did you activate SCAL? It will cut extra lines through your designs until it's activated. It probably doesn't make a difference, but what version of SCAL are you using?
