I have an image currently saved in my file that has several layer, each layer is on a different page. I now need to make this image larger is there a way to do this without having to pull the image apart again?

if you can reduce each piece by a specific percentage, you could be sure they are being reduced equally. Go to Object/Transform/Scale. Then change from Dimensions to Percentage. Then do this for each page, and put in the same percentage, and you should be good to go.
