Craft Edge

I just took my brand new Eclips out of the box. I plugged it all in (yes all the connections were correct and tight) and hit the power button and all it does is flash a few times (so does the handheld controller) and then turn off. It is not plugged into my computer. The plug has a green light on it so I know it was getting power. Any ideas? Thanks

The best idea is to contact Sizzix, since this is not an eCAL issue but a machine one. They are very helpful and might even be there on a Saturday.
