ISO Circle Card file

I am looking for a file that will cut a circle card.
Get the circle from BASIC Shapes.
Copy and paste another circle
Overlap the circles slightly
Select both circles and path/union.
If you want to get fancy you can add a score line to make folding easier.
If this is not what you had in mind could you post a link to a pic of what you are trying to do so we have more to go on? What program are you using to cut?
