Workspace in ecal

Hi.
Is anyone having a problem with their workspace? Mine will not open full size, and my mat size will not go to 12x12 even though that's the size that's checked. I'm sure that I have messed up somehow. (I have a knack for it!) Any ideas?

Ok.....I fixed the mat size problem, but I still have the workspace problem.
