Here's a short 2 Min tutorial showing you how you can create a simple scalloped border using only basic shapes and the duplicate option -

Thanks Rob, we needed a tut on how useful DUPLICATE can be in creating designs in SCAL

I was able to make this fairly quickly for my first go at it.

Borders made using Rob's tutorial. If there are any issues with the file, please let me know as I have not tested them yet. ;)

I used the tutorial and made a rectangle about 4x6 and used both rows and columns and made some mats and frames. Easy/Peasy.

All of Rob's instructions stay the same except for adding more rows. I did make the hor/ver numbers -0.10 to make the overlap a little tighter.

Try it you'll love it.
