my pattern from a tetley tea box, designed in SCAL using shapes finished box is 5"x5"x2.75" cuts on 24x12 mat

Its strange I dont seem to see too many 12x24 designs and its the best thing on being able to do large designs.
The problem is you still only have 12" to work with width wise but you can do large letters and some larger designs and cards.

This is amazing!!! I love it! I can't seem to get the design to come up on my scal.

Make sure your using the "Open Project" instead of "Import SVG" since it's a .scut file.

Thanks for your help. I finally realized it was because I was using Google Chrome instead of Internet Explorer and it didn't give me the option to save without pulling it open in scal, which wouldn't work!

In Chrome, click on the wrench, then choose Options. Choose the Minor Tweaks tab, check the box for "Ask where to save..." That lets you save it to where you want it. You can also click on the wrench and select Downloads. It will bring up a new tab showing you where all of the downloads from the last several days have been saved.
