Not cutting text on straight line

Ok, the first time, I just assumed that I had done the text (two words), seperately and that I didn't line them up before I cut.
The second time, well...I just figured I screwed up again.
Now, today, cut 3 and 4.
The text is typed continuously, so, it should cut on a straight line.
Nope, first word and second word are clearly not even along bottom.
No, there is no small, y,p or any other letter that would through this off, before anyone suggests that.
The text is Don't Ask.
GRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Yet another email being sent to sure cuts a lot.
I now have my own REP to deal with because of all the problems.
That is NOT a good thing!

Has anyone else had this problem?

Paula Anne, may I ask what font your are using?

I assume you mean that they don't line up on the mat but maybe you mean when you cut or print?

The font was Garmond, and they look lined up on the mat on the software, however they are not cutting on a straight line.
Yes, I have aligned them from the bottom, middle and top to see if I could make them line up.
No go.

I used Garamond and printed it, then cut it and it all lines up just fine.

I worked in the upper left hand corner of the ecal mat, if that makes any difference.
