Craft Edge

Ok. Let's see if I can make a long story short. I've used this feature before on my old laptop and printer no problem. I reinstalled on my new laptop and trying to print and it sends it to my printer and then it disappears. My version is 2.034. I tried downloading the 2.044 version to see if that helps, but when I try to install, it runs into an error saying "Code 5" and "can't delete a file" and "Access Denied." I've tried to "retry" but that doesn't work, when i hit "ignore", the updated version doesn't get saved.

Any ideas?

Tam, you might check to see if you have the proper drivers for your new laptop to run ecal. Contact support at craftedge to ensure you have the right ones.

Thanks for the suggestion Sue. I have scal and a cricut if that changes anything, not ecal. Let me see if I can find these drivers.
