Hi,

I am trying to do a Print and Cut project but it does not work.

For one, SCAL does not remember the correct calibrated values, so I have to put those in every time I open the program over again. But this is not that big of a deal.

My biggest problem is that it gets cut wrongly. It is off by 1mm, which is too much on a detailed file like mine.

How do I solve this?

Since P&C does not work, I tried using Origin Point method in cutting. I put the blade in the bottom right hand corner of image to be cut and made that the origin point. I pressed 'cut' and it cut off again! This time by about 1,5 cm.


I have a 13inch Black Cat Cougar.

Hi there

Have you calibrated your machine ? did you manage to set it to cut correctly ?

Try entering the numbers then close out of the program using File/quit rather than any other method and see if that solves the problem of the numbers not working
