ecal drivers

i have been using ecal quite happily,but today i got a new laptop.i tried to install ecal on it ,when i try to install the drivers i get error 536870347.what does this mean please,and how do i remedy it?

I would say to contact support on Monday, because, I don't know...perhaps someone else has a suggestion.

all ok now.i had not deactivated it from the older laptop
