SCAL3

Post by Sweetness4713 »

I am using the newest version of scal3.. When I try and do a trace image of a jpg it won't let me.. It's telling me that jpg is not supported.. I've never had a problem with this in version 2..

Jo-anne, I don't have an answer for you, nor to anyone else it seems. You might just have to contact CE. It may be something simple like a different USB cable or a different driver....since you were using the "other" software before.

Luv ya and so happy to see you active on the forum....you've been missed by us "ole" folks.

I'm not sure, but I feel like I heard somewhere that it has problems if the jpg file is too large. is it a large file? And, if so, is there a way to make it a smaller file? Otherwise, as was mentioned before, I guess contact craftedge.
