Print and Cut with SCAL 2

I just watched a video on youtube about how to print and cut with SCAL. But the first step was to import your graphic by going to FILE, then PLACE IMAGE. I don't have this option on my file menu. HELP!!! Can you print and cut graphics in SCAL 2? I'm just wanting to import and graphic and cut a circle around it... nothing fancy!
