Craft Edge

I am a new user of the Eclips machine. While cutting out designs using Ecal, I am getting lots of blade drag where it's not wanted!! If I decrease the blade number and pressure, the design doesn't cut all the way around. But even at that, I can see where the blade seemed to drag just a little across the paper. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Probably need to contact Sizzix. The only other thing I can think of is to make sure the sensor in the back left, where the mat/paper comes out the back, is clean, and that the mat is not bowed at all. If it is bent or bowed, it could cause this problem.
