Can someone help me? I like this cut but I dont know how they did the differnt colors in and around his face. Using Scal

That looks like vinyl, so the second color is just whatever the vinyl is on. In this case it is the shiny paper the vinyl comes on. You cut the vinyl then weed (remove) the extra pieces, leaving you with the design that you see. I can then be put on whatever you want using transfer tape (a lot of people use contact paper for this). HTH

yes it is vinyl and on your other post I posted a link to the font you could not find.
