I found this on microsoft, corrupt fonts can mess with your sure cuts alot or ecal software according to craftedge so here are the steps to find them.

Fonts destroyed my Vista laptop...I never download them to my computer anymore, or even put in a folder on my computer. I always save to a jump drive memory stick and open temporarily in scal. Even that often has me worried. Thank you so much for sharing this...such good information!!!
