Craft Edge

Hi,, have successfully installed SCAL 2 onto new Windows 7 computer - my projects all still in file but when I try to cut am getting an error message. Appears to be activated. Remember have had this problem in the past but can't remember what to do to get cutting ain. Have an urgent card to make. Help please!!

What does the error message say?

Craft Edge sorted it for me - all I had to do was remove usb plug - put it back in again - and hey presto - back in business.
