Craft Edge

Just recieved my Expressions, I updated the firmware to 2.1 and downloaded SCAL. I thought it was suppose to plug and play from there, but I can't get the machine to load the paper. I don't have any cartridges and I thought I wouldn't need them. Which means I don't have the overlays but I pushed every button on that machine and NOTHING. Should I assume it's the machine? Or operator error. Please help

Hi, you must have a cartridge in the machine in order for it to work. Even with SCAL you need one cart in the machine. Sorry,
