Craft Edge

I need this pretty quickly. I am making tiles for the leaders in our Scouts Pack with all the boys signatures on them and would appreciate it so very much. Thanks so much and many blessings!!!

btt --- could kick myself right about now. Was almost finished and closed my file (guess who clicked a little too fast and didn't finish). Will try to start it over, but don't think I can get to it this evening. Am sending to top in case someone else is working on it. Just so you know what I WAS doing. I made the base in blue with the words cut out as stencils. I had a white rectangular background. Was then making the red with the white parts cut out stencil pieces going through the blue so that the white background was showing. I WAS in the process of cutting out the parts that were to be in blue to use the blue rectangle for the color.....and I had to leave for awhile, closed and you got it.

So this was my process thought and I will try to finish it, but pressed for time as always so I'm not always quick.
