Help for creating frame with cut out inside

Hi, I am very new to SCAL and have been playing around with it today. I am trying to create a frame that has flowers inside. I have put together the basics of what I want and have welded the flowers together, however I am not sure how to weld the flowers to the frame.

Please can anyone help?

I have attached what I have done so far :)

Loving this file...hope this helps...I put what I did on the tabs for directions in you file. Here it is.

I had to change the number from Scut3 to Scut2 to open it. Don't know if you have to change back or not.
