I saw an image of a popup card that I really liked, so I created a similar file, small card size. If you stretch it, you should keep existing proportions. Attached is a photo of my prototype. I backed the lettering with a darker color, but it wouldn't be necessary. File cuts well and the card closes well-- woohoo!

Thanks for all your nice comments. Like I said, this was not my idea, but I liked it so much that I tried to duplicate it. I enjoy the challenge of creating the file as much as I do making the cards!

I agree! That is where the fun is. And I think it is okay to take ideas from others and make it yourself. That is how I have learned. Like sewing...you get a pattern idea and diy.
