Please could someone point me to a link for the trial version of DS to be able to do a firmware update??

I apologise for raising a frequently repeated question but I can't find a valid link at the moment!!

I used the link for the current update to DS http://www.cricut.com/cds/Updates.aspx

I don't think there is a special trial version - you just run this and it asks if you have a registration number or wish to use trial version and you select from there.

Hi, incase that didn't answer your question, this might. I just did the update on my baby bug last night... I just discovered SCAL yesterday!! I dunno where I've been living...
anyway, go here http://www.cricut.com/cds/ then click on download. It will require you to put an email in the text box, then you can download the trial version. Once there, you can update your firmware. :0) HTH
