needing a picture frame fold out stand

Hello everyone--- I am looking for a cut file of one of those fold out type picture frame stands that you find on the back of cheaper versions or older versions of a picture frame. It's one that fans out and then you can set it on a table top. I am sorry my description may not be clear but I simply don't know what they are called or how to exactly describe it. At my work the sales guys take table top banners that have these on the back so they can just fold it out to sit on the trade show table---if that helps.

Would I be able to draw around one (the printer of the table top banner gives these to us to attach ourselves) and then scan it and then trace it?

I need a very small one for a birthday card that I have made that is in the shape of a piece of cake.

Thanks for any help or suggestions you might have.

Sue

Here's a link to an old post I did with folding instructions. If your paper stock isn't heavy enough, you could glue two or three together for strength, too.

Oh my gosh!!!! you guys are amazing------ this is exactly what I was looking for, sweetness4713 and lkc-- and thank you gj1, I love your suggestion and will keep that one for another project. The card I am working on right now needs more of the stand that sweetness4713 and lkc listed. It's perfect. Thank you so much.
