need just the txt as a svg file.
Also what program do i need to do this myself? im new to it all and not very computer savy lol

This would be so easy in SCAL if we knew the name of the font. I know I've seen it but it was just easier to do it in Inkscape. Inkscape is like adobe illustrator only free.
Here is your file. If you need any help cutting it please post here and I, or someone else will help you. Here is what the .svg looks like in SCAL2.

when i open in in scal it looks very bumpy not smooth?

That's why it's a lot easier if we knew what font you used here
.. It can vary from person to person with SCAL2
