SCAL3 will it work with the new Sillhouette machine???

I have the new Silhouette on pre order. Will SCAL3 work with it???

Edit: I know it works with Silhouette SD but I am wondering about the new Silhouette Cameo that is shipping this fall.

This is from CE's site on SCAL3.

Important: This version will not work with the Cricut, but supports a variety of other cutters including (BlackCat Cougar/Lynx, Craftwell eCraft, BossKut Gazelle, Pazzles Inspiration, USCutter, Silhouette SD)

So from the able post - SCAL 2 no longer worked with Silhouette???? and I need SCAL3 to even use my Silhouette SD????

I'm not sure anyone knows what will happen with the new Silhouette Cameo.
Rumors are that they are trying to come up with their own program so that doesn't sound too optimistic that it will work with SCAL3 or any other 3rd party software. I hope this doesn't happen, as it looks like a promising machine.

I too am wondering if SCAL 3 will work with this new machine, I'm on the fence between pre-ordering that, and a Pazzles.

SCAL3 is a free upgrade for anyone that currently owns SCAL2. HTH

Here is the response directly from "Craftedge" on this machine.
"We probably won't be able to know until the machine is actually available"
