i have scal installed on my pc,so can anyone please tell me how i get it to work with my silhouette sd machine ?thank you

when i try to cut a design from scal to my silhouette the silhouette is not showing ,only the cricut machine is showing and the firmware,but not silhouette,how do i get the scal and my silhouette connected to each other?

Just use the above form to send to them.

To use the Silhouette, you have to use SCAL3 and in SCAL3, Cricut is not supported so quite possibly you need to upgrade.
If you are using SCAL3, on the menu under Cutter>My Cutter, you have to choose which cutter you want to use.
