Hi everyone,
I've just joined the forum.

I've been trying to work out for ages how I make a svg file for a project I've made & always just trace & hand cut out - a onsie style box.

Can someone just point me in the right direction if there is a somewhere to read on how to do it & etc. If I scan my "image" of the pattern do I scan to a jpeg or pdf to then trace perhaps & if I have to 'trace' how do I do that???

Yep you guess I'm a little technically changed....lol

Thanks in advance for any help to get me on the road of using my SCAL program better.
Kerri

J peg would be best and I don't think there is a tutorial out there that tells ou how to work from a scan, Heatherm and cleversomedays are the ones that deal with this kind of stuff here are the links to their blogs if you email them I am sure they will be able to walk you right through it all

http://imagesbyheatherm.wordpress.com/ ......She just posted a real pretty eyelet border

http://cleversomeday.wordpress.com/

I am sure you will find your answer with these two ladies

But if you are looking for a onsies box you can go here to Laura's, She also has a baby shoe too
