Craft Edge

I have a few banners to make & am looking for a pennant like the ones used here:

I know the celebration cartridge is used but I don't have it and really don't want to buy the cartridge just for this.

If you can't find it- somewhere I saw someone make this out of a bunch of triangles and then just glued 1' circle punch outs to the sides.

I have the Celebrations cart. The pennant is basically just a triangle with three equal sides and a circular hole punched out of each corner. You could get this by welding two right triangles together, then shrinking the circle down to a tiny size to fit in two corners.
