I hope you guys can help... I am trying to curve text on the bottom of a circle... I am pretty familiar with Inkscape and know how to work the text on a circle. I even broke a circle apart, but when I tried to put the text on the bottom part of the circle it was backwards... I can't figure out how to get the text from left to right. Sorry any tuturials avaliable?

Normally, the way you do this in Inkscape is by reversing the path of the circle (Path>Reverse Path) before you place the text on the path (Text>Put on Path). If that isn't working, try starting over in a new document.

First cut.. that worked... everything else has not worked... the letters were uneven or not correctly spaced..and how simple is that! Thanks a ton :)

Probably a stupid question on my part but I am going to ask anyway....so this cuts out words/letters correct? What if you just wanted to print it out on an image?

No stupid questions here. Though SCAL's primary purpose is diecutting, either Inkscape or SCAL can be used for printing. I use Inkscape for a lot of print projects.
