Craft Edge

I am still new to SCAL. I purchased scal 2 in May but haven't had much time to play until now. I am having a problem with some of the svg's I've downloaded. When I open them in scal the selection box is offset from the image, sometimes only barely overlapping in a corner. I try to click off and on the image but no change. It makes it hard to do anything with it except cut as it is. Don't know if it makes a difference but I have a Mac. Any help would be appreciated.

Try to go up at the top View and Fit to Window and then unselect so that box goes away, if it is still there and then go to File and Export for a new .svg created from Scal and see if it opens then without the weird box. Just a thought that 'might' work for you.

Thank you very much. I tried it and it worked for me on the file that I had. Now I wish I hadn't previously thrown away all those files that this happened with. Oh well, now I know.
