Can Someone Make This??

I would love to cut this as a gift for my Dad, it's almost his birthday! Can anyone convert this into a SCAL file, I currently do not have the updated version so I would need it saved so I can open it in the original SCAL.

What do you want to cut? This image ooks like silhouettes cut out of a photo. So do you just want the silhouettes of the people?
