Craft Edge

HELP! I have SCAL 2. I tried to updates to SCAL 3 but after I download the file to my computer and I go to open it this is the message that I get and it shuts down the program. I have tried uninstalling it and trying again and again and still nothing!

Here is what I get:
"This application has failed to start because DIFXAPI.dll was not found.
Re-installing the application may fix this problem"

Could someone please help me. I just got a Sillhouette and want to try this out soooo bad! lOL

Got it to work!! Customer support sent me a new link to tr! PERFECT! thanks so much for the fast service! Glad I stayed with SCAL!!

I had the problem. After working with tech support I was directed to download the following version from their page. It worked for me when nothing else did.
