Help with Zebra Stripe SVG file

I have tried to convert this into a SVG file throught Ink Scapes but I have been having problems. It is telling me it has failed. Can someone help me convert this Zebra Stripe file to a SVG file? Or if anyone has a zebra stripe file already, can you please share.

did you try doing a screen capture or right click on the image that should open a dialog box asking where you want to save the .jpg?
