Dora the Explorer!

Hey everyone!
I've been searching on here to find the perfect Dora file for my 2 year old niece's Birthday party. There are several posts about Dora and it seems that nobody has actually added any dora file here due to copyright issues.
I was wondering if anyone has one the could share with me?
And if not I have found a great one here that is in the wrong format for me:

Could someone either help me to convert this to .svg or even share one you might have?
