Rhinestone Feature

I have MTC, SCAL and the Cricut. Which program has this feature and how do you make a template? My sister and I both love bling and I love rhinestones. Would love to try this feature.

Or, if you have SCAL1, you can use Inkscape to create templates. These two videos are great tutorials!
