Help converting an image

The template for the individual boxes is just a hand drawn on graph paper. I have made it a couple times by just using one that I cut out of cardboard and trace/cut around, but it is so time consuming. I only have the picture saved as a word doc or pdf, I don't want to post it on here because of copyright. But I don't know how to transfer to a svg. I don't use inkscape either. Can anyone help me out?
