I have seen several places where folks have used vinyl cuts on mylar balloons. I am wondering what folks have used to put the vinyl. Does regular transfer tape work? Is contact paper better? I would love to hear from anyone that has done this, as I have been asked to do about 24 for a church function next Friday. Also, does the vinyl affect how the balloon float?

I have used vinyl on mylar balloons and just used regular transfer tape - it worked just fine!
