Craft Edge

COULD SOME ONE HELP ME WITH THIS OR TELL ME HOW TO DO THIS? I THOUGHT I COULD DO THIS IN INKSCAPE BUT I MUST BE MISSING SOMETHING.

I TOOK OUT ALL THE PIECES I WANTED TO TAKE OUT BUT NOW I WANT TO MAKE IT SOLID AND REPLACE ALL THE JAGGED EDGES AND FILL IN WHERE I TOOK SOMETHING OUT.

You forgot to add the picture.

I thought I did but I will try again. It is a make the cut file is that OK or do you need the picture I took it from? I will send both. Well, I was going to send the one I had started but it won't let me upload that picture. It is the MTC file. I did upload the original file so can anyone help me?
