The orientation on the mat compared to the software set up. Viewing the design area why don't you put that blasted arrow on the top facing the "in" way for the machine. I still have to really watch myself to not place my paper on the mat in the wrong place. I will admit that I am slow.

Also, how about a back-up Undo button on the tool bar.

After watching the tutorial again (for about the 100th time) I found the setting.

Duh

I've asked for the undo and redo button on the toolbar, too. Eventually they will get around to putting it on there!
