If you use Lettering Delights SVGs, this is meant for you. The message is a little too technical for me but I told Doug that I would post it for him, so I just did. I don't know if Todd can use the info for SCAL but in case anyone is interested, just click the link below to read the message:

I have a message from Inspire Graphics
Re: I have a message from Inspire Graphics
Would be great, because right now, though they are colorful, they require quite a bit of work to ungroup and move to new layers and try to figure out how to reassemble in the most cut-efficient way. With all that work, I often wonder why I'm paying for the file. I may use some of them with cut and print for the time being.
Re: I have a message from Inspire Graphics
As a second note, it is so confusing from a marketing standpoint why LetteringDelights goes by "inspire graphics" and SureCutsaLot's main site uses "CraftEdge". While this may leave room for their growth into other areas, I think it is confusing for those looking for their top products. I'd love to see Sure Cuts A Lot have it's own web address rather than only the company's web address. But, i suppose this should go under "Wish List".

Maggie, what version of SCAL are you using? When I import the free svg files that they gave out, they import with each color in a layer already.
