i just downloaded the program form the company i paid for it but i am having trouble opening up a file it sys that window does not havae it orm it cant be found hope someone can help please the company does not have a phone support

You will open files FROM scal...if you just got this then you must be trying to open an .svg...while in SCAL click on the button at the top that says SVG...find your file and open it.

ok i will try this i w ish they had telephone support that does me better

How is it working for you? If it does happen to be a .scut file you are trying to open...you would do this from SCAL also...while the program is open, at the top by File drop down you would click on open and find your file in whatever program you have it saved to.
