I have just learned that this is copy protected. It is important to follow the rules and so I try as best I can to identify where I get files from and label them for future reference...artist's name or website.

That is a copyright art decal.. My father in law has that exact decal on his boat and it was bought through a company that sells them...that's why I didn't touch it..Actually??? check this link.. http://www.signspecialist.com/decals/popular2/
