Just wondering if anyone has come across a design for number mesh - like the ki lace cardstock

Does anyone have a file like this? I'm looking for a number mesh or lace file similar to the one posted in the link above. The cut file is no longer available and I'm wondering if someone has a suggestion for creating something similar.
