Vintage lady Silouette

Hi everyone, I am hoping someone can help me with the silouettes in this picture? I would LOVE to have the silouette of the lady, a dress and the pants and top. Any help would be really appreciated. I have SCAL 1 and 2. I don't expect an exact copy, but close would be fab! Thanks in advance
