Craft Edge

On one of the websites or lists, there was a tutorial on putting a baby head in a buggy and it was on a paper spring. Has anyone tried to make these? They are a really neat way to make something pop. I don't know what you would cut them out of to make the stiff enough so they wouldn't flop.

Does anyone know if this product is available?
