I'm sorry some of you probably just did a big sigh when you saw my subject line.

I was trying to cut out an imported svg of a butterfly and kept getting an error message. Read some topics here and found out I needed Inkscape. But where do I get it??

If someone would post a link to it or point me in the general direction I'd be very grateful.

Thank you for your help..now to the tutorial to see how to play in it. I'll be back with lots of questions I'm sure.

If you need help with the butterfly SVG file to import into SCAL, upload the file or give the path and I can see if I can separate it for you. I uploaded several files on these boards, so I would be happy to try. There are also a lot of Inkscape experts on these boards who can also help you out... they might work cheap for chocolate...

I'm allergic to chocolate (cocoa). It has to be white for me

I'm sure I'll be sending LOTS of chocolate..even white before I learn inkscape. I had the butterfly figured out and had been saving it then I had a friend walk in and ask me what I was doing..I didn't have to do that to the one I wanted...so she showed me I could just cut it out..BUT I will go back and learn how to remove different areas to clean things up to make them cut.
