File Folder Shape

Good Day All! I am searching for a file folder shape. I guess I'm just looking for the tabbed end so that I can make it into a board book with tabbed pages. Make sense? I've seen these for sale, and wish to make my own. Does anyone know where I might find such a thing? Thanks!

I have tabs
here and shaped tabs
here that you could weld to your pages. I also have tabbed file folders
here and
here.

Here are three that I just made a .scut for. As long as each are resized the same, you can make them any size. These are not folders but rather index tabs.
