I had previously downloaded this ballet design but since my computer crashed, I can't seem to find it again. Does anyone recognize it and can point me in the direction to repurchase it?

The font used in this artwork is called Curlz. If you have SCAL 2 I think there is a pair of ballet slippers in one of the shapes library.
