Craft Edge

I've got a question... I want to cut a design to go on a tile. Within the design is a section I want to simply move down a little. How do I do that?

Have you tried break apart or ungroup?

Break apart and ungroup didn't work. I'm going to try to edit the file in photoshop, we'll see what happens.
