HELP: Where to buy laminated tote bags

Do any of you know where I can buy different sizes and designs of the laminate tote bags? These can be personalized with vinyl. I am need several and I am having a time trying to find these to purchase. Thanks for your help

Do you have a wholesale license? I have a link to the supplier of these bags but they will require a wholesale license and minimum purchase. I'll have to dig a bit in my favorites.
